柳城村位于三元区与永安市的交界处，距205国道5.6公里，是莘口镇下辖的行政村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

据村中传承，始祖邓公布将军于宋代由河南入闽，定居柳城，村中至今仍保存着一座纪念他的宋祠。[1]

文化[edit]

村中现存多座清代古建筑。其中文昌阁（贤祠）是檐歇山式建筑，建于乾隆年间，被三明市文物管理委员会列为内部保护。[1]
