上街村是福建省三明市三元区洋溪镇下辖的行政村，位于洋溪镇本点，距三明市区12公里，下辖六个自然村。[1] 村中老街上的洋溪乡农会旧址、红军井等，都是红军东方军驻扎时期留下的遗迹。[2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

村地此前隶属沙县二十一都。新中国成立后，属洋溪区的洋溪乡；1958年起划入洋溪公社，称上街大队。[1]

1983年由沙县改隶梅列区；1987年改称上街村，并成立村民委员会，村名沿用驻地村庄的名称。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

红军东方军攻打沙县之时，1934年1月，其一部转向沙县南面推进，驻扎在村民房内，向群众宣讲革命道理，并在民房墙上写下标语。[2]

红军在洋溪乡帮助建立农会，由邓日福任主席；农会组织群众支援东方军解放沙县。[2]

洋溪乡农会旧址位于老街上的洋溪福音堂内，原为洋溪乡基督教堂，始建于1923年，存有洋式教堂一座与中式牧师楼一座。[2]

红军井位于村中凯头，原为村民与驻军共用的水井，红军进驻期间曾加以扩建，之后村民以此井命名。该井始建于明末清初，井口呈圆形，直径1.38米；井深8米，受益人口1000多人。[3]

村中的中央坂农业产业园内，有省农科院新品种区试鉴定圃、洋溪桔园等，并开展水果采摘与农事体验。[4]

荣誉[edit]

2024年1月，上街村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]

2025年11月，上街村被确定为「福建省2025年度省级“一村一品”专业村」（设施蔬菜）。[1]

地方事迹[edit]

1999年3月5日，习近平（时任福建省委副书记）来到洋溪乡上街村的高优蔬菜基地调研，并就城郊型高优农业的投入、农田基础设施和农民增收作出指示。[4]
