洋溪镇是福建省三明市三元区下辖的镇，位于三元区与沙县区之间，毗邻沙溪河，城市快速通道与205国道穿镇而过。[1][2] 镇域青山环抱，溪流密布，境内保存着一批红军东方军驻扎时期的旧址，镇中还有「洋溪三宝」等传统食品。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

洋溪之名，取自村前一片开阔的平田，以及穿过田间的一条山溪。[4] 此地原隶沙县二十一都，解放前称扬光乡，解放后属五区。[3]

1958年，这里设立洋溪人民公社；1960年公社机关迁往大洛，改名大洛公社。1961年公社又一分为三，分出大洛、洋溪、湖源；1963年洋溪并回大洛。[3]

1973年春，原大洛公社中的羊口仔、新街、上街、孝坑、下坑、岩兜六个大队析出，另组成洋溪公社。1983年，洋溪自沙县改隶梅列区，设为办事处；1987年复称洋溪乡人民政府。2011年7月13日，洋溪乡撤销，改设洋溪镇。[3]

1934年1月，红军东方军第二次入闽攻打沙县，其一部驻扎在上街、新街两村，并帮助建立赤卫队和农会。[1]

地理环境[edit]

镇辖区面积72平方千米。据三元区政府网站2024年5月的介绍，全镇有林地7.5万亩，耕地1.2万亩，竹笋种植面积5万亩。[1]

镇内最高峰锣拔顶，海拔1537米。山间溪流密布，沙溪河毗邻镇区，205国道与城市快速通道穿境而过。[1][2]

文化[edit]

镇内仍有古街、古井、宗祠、土堡和旧教堂等古民居建筑，并有「闽学四贤」之一罗从彦的后人聚居。[1][2]

洋溪至今沿用赶圩的旧俗，逢公历3、8日开市，生产生活保持田园化的形态。[1]

「洋溪三宝」指豆腐、面干、烧饼，另有笋干、黄酒、米冻等，仍用传统作坊制作并销往外地。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

抗战期间（1939年至1943年），福州的「福建省立福州初级中学」迁来洋溪设立校区，全省约1000名学生先后在此就读。洋溪中学内立有该校纪念碑。[5]

上街村的洋溪乡农会旧址与红军井，以及东方军马厩、作为东方军驻扎旧址的邓家祠堂，都是镇内现存的红色遗存。[1][6][7]

清枫谷休闲农业园设有生态餐厅，另有丛林穿越、森林漂流、森林酒店等郊野休闲项目；园区获评国家3A级景区，并为省级森林康养基地。[1][2]

兴尚老街贯穿镇区，街上留有碾米厂、打铁铺、弹棉花等传统手工艺店，还恢复了知青楼、大队部等11个公社时代场景。[1]

著名人物[edit]

洋溪籍运动员邓薇2016年获里约奥运会举重女子63公斤级冠军，是三明首枚奥运金牌得主。[1][2]

荣誉[edit]

环境保护部于2014年9月，授予洋溪镇「2012年—2013年度国家级生态乡镇」称号。[4]

2021年2月，洋溪镇被列入「福建省2018-2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单。[4]

2022年10月，省级森林康养评定委员会认定洋溪镇为「2022年福建省级森林康养小镇」。[4]

2023年10月，洋溪镇入选「2023年福建省“全域生态旅游小镇”」名单。2024年1月，洋溪镇被命名为「2023年福建省卫生乡镇」。[4]

三元区政府网站另列有「国家级生态镇」的称号，以及「省级乡村振兴示范镇」「省级乡村治理示范镇」「省级爱国拥军模范镇」「省级农村宣传文化示范镇」，并有「市级生态文明建设先进集体」。[1]
