富文社区是富兴堡街道下辖的社区，属主城区。名称由「富兴」「文笔」各取一字组成。[1] 1980年，随富兴堡街道的设立，富文居委会也随之建立；2002年6月，它经并合后改称富文社区居民委员会。[1] 2021年，社区人民调解委员会获「全国模范人民调解委员会」称号。[2]
