富兴堡街道是福建省三明市三元区下辖的街道，位于三明市区南部。早年境内有一座名为富兴堡的土堡，街道由此得名；1980年4月，街道从城关街道析出原富兴堡一带的居民区而设立。[2][4][6]

历史沿革[edit]

1950年，此地属三元县城关镇。[2] 1980年设立街道后，1983年5月划入三元区管辖。[4] 2020年6月，城东乡撤销，原属该乡的城南村、村头村并入街道管辖。[5]

地理环境[edit]

街道位于三明市区南部，东邻中村乡，南接荆西街道，西临沙溪河，北与城关街道相连。[4] 面积一项，三元区政府网所载为30.68平方千米，百度百科则作8平方千米，此处取政府网的数字。[1][4]

文化[edit]

辖区内有11所学校，包括三明一中、十二中、东霞小学，以及东霞幼儿园和其第一、第二分园。[1] 三元区政府网载，街道是三明市精神文明「六联六建」的发祥地：1990年，全国政协主席李瑞环视察街道时题辞「好在共建、贵在坚持」；乔石、丁关根两位也先后来三元视察，并提出「重在建设」的新要求，时间分别在1991年与1993年。[1]

2021年2月，街道上榜「福建省2018-2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单。[2][3] 2021年至2022年，街道退役军人服务站连续两年获得「全省示范型服务中心站」称号。[1]
