高岩社区是福建省三明市三元区列东街道下辖的社区，属主城区，名称以高岩山得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1980年4月，为加强城市建设和管理，设立高岩居委会，其办公用房建在军分区的一块地皮上；2002年，正式设为高岩社区居民委员会。[1]

2021年11月，被福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生社区」；福建省爱国卫生运动委员会于2022年12月授予高岩社区「2022年福建省卫生社区」称号。[1]
