黄洋村是菜溪乡下辖的行政村，位于乡政府驻地以南约10.5公里处，村委会设在黄洋。全村辖3个自然村，据博雅地名网，总人口512人。[1]

村名来自早先居住在此的黄姓人家。黄姓后来迁往外地，陈姓沿用了这个地名，并一直居住至今。[3]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年前，此地归浔阳乡管辖，其中一段时期隶属榜头南溪安贤里。新中国成立后，村地在第六、第九、第十四区之间调整，1958年划入象溪区。1961年体制下放后，此地称黄洋大队，归象溪管辖。1984年设立村民委员会，隶属象溪乡；2009年2月起沿用菜溪乡之名。[1][2]

地方特产[edit]

村境内有山林约7250亩，其中松树、樟树林约4500亩，毛竹林约1000亩；村中出产枇杷、橄榄、龙眼等水果。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2024年1月，黄洋村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]
