锦峰村隶属福建省莆田市仙游县书峰乡，处在县城北边，距乡政府约5公里，距县城约12公里。[1][2]
村名取自境内的锦峰寨。村中大帽寨海拔600余米，是仙游县众山的最高峰。相传明末清初，各山顶曾建起城墙，以供避难防御。[1][3]
历史沿革[edit]
元代，本地属仙游县书峰乡。新中国成立前此地归兴安乡管辖；1950年改隶第4区，次年又划入第8区，1958年归书峰区。[1]
1961年并入书峰公社，同时设立锦峰大队。1984年10月改称锦峰村，次年村民委员会成立，隶属书峰乡。[1]
1814年，村中颜氏族人自永春县达埔迁入，此后在村中建起西岭龙兴宫。百度百科则记为清代嘉庆年间迁入，龙兴宫始建于1814年。[1][2]

村落面积7.1平方千米，辖7个自然村、20个村民小组。村民以颜姓为主。[1][2]
经济[edit]
枇杷与青黛是村中的主要收入来源，不少劳动力外出到广东、浙江等地务工。[1][3]
文物与名胜[edit]
锦峰颜氏祠堂位于西岭自然村，为古建筑，属仙游县一般不可移动文物点。[1]
村中的西岭龙兴宫始建于1814年，据百度百科，大帽寨遗址为明代遗存。[2]
