书峰乡是福建省莆田市仙游县下辖的乡，位于仙游县中部，东面与榜头镇相邻，西南、西面与大济镇毗邻，北面与社硎乡接壤。乡政府所在地为书峰村，全乡下辖六个行政村。[1][2][3]
地名源于明宣德四年（1429年）林姓先人迁来此地的故事：他们见山峰林立，又依祖训重视读书，便取名「书峰」。[1]
据2019年末的户籍统计，全乡户籍人口16244人。行政区域面积，百度百科作39.38平方千米，博雅地名网则作38.4平方千米。[2][1]
历史沿革[edit]
宋至元时，这一带属归德乡。明成化十八年（1482年）至清代，境内属兴贤里，民国时期则属兴安乡。[1]
中华人民共和国成立后，境内先后隶属八区、社硎区与社硎公社。1961年底设书峰公社，下辖书峰、鲤岭、锦峰、四黄、西坑、兰石六个大队。1984年12月改称书峰乡。[1]
地理环境[edit]
仙社公路与仙象公路在乡境内交会。[1]
乡境属南亚热带湿润季风气候，雨水充沛，适宜枇杷、青黛与黄金果等作物生长。[2][5]
经济[edit]
农业以水稻、甘蔗为主，特产靛青染料。[1]
枇杷与青黛是多个村的主要产业。书峰村另种有黄金果，鲤岭、锦峰、四黄等村也以枇杷、青黛为主要收入来源。[4][5][6][7][8]
文化[edit]
2024年1月，书峰乡被命名为「2023年福建省卫生乡镇」；2021年3月，被确定为「莆田市第十五届市级文明村镇（社区）」。环境保护部在2012年12月认定书峰乡为「2010—2011年度国家级生态乡镇」。[1]

书峰村田中央自然村有大类战斗遗址。[4]
同村的书峰漈头宫被列入仙游县第六批县级文物保护单位。[4]
四黄村芦前自然村有四黄闽中游击纵队驻地旧址；百松村南湖自然村有百松古驿道与百松南湖王府，兰石村东桥自然村有兰石虹桥，它们和鲤岭村的鲤岭黄氏祠堂、锦峰村的锦峰颜氏祠堂一样，属仙游县一般不可移动文物点。[6][7][8][9][10]
