修园村位于社硎乡政府西面约3.5公里处，是大济溪支流的发源地之一。村委会设在修竹头，下辖修竹头、前园、彭溪、考湖四个自然村。[1][2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

村名取自境内的修竹头与前园两个自然村。[1]

旧时隶属兴安乡。1950年归五区，次年改属八区，1956年划入社硎区，1958年归社硎公社。1984年，修园村设立村民委员会，隶属社硎乡。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

修园普德书院位于修园自然村，是古建筑，列为仙游县一般不可移动文物点；界线南面外延3米，北面外延5米。[1]
