隔壁村隶属福建省莆田市仙游县石苍乡，位于乡域西南部，离乡政府驻地约8公里，海拔460米。村辖2个自然村，石象公路穿村而过。[1]
地理环境[edit]
村庄位于四周峰峦环抱的小盆地中，溪流绕村而过，在村口形成两处落差约50米的瀑布。[1]
全村总面积6.24平方公里，耕地295亩，山地9500亩。[1]
人口[edit]
博雅地名网载全村229户、811人，下辖2个自然村、5个村民小组。其中新田自然村为兰姓聚居，有27户、135人，历经18代繁衍，有360年的历史。[1]
历史建筑[edit]
村中有古枪楼3座，均为6间底、4层楼式的建筑，另有2座宫庙。[1]
清代时，黄汉盛以明经进士身份留名；村中祖厝的厅堂挂有匾额，门前还竖着旗杆。[1]
