双峰村位于福建省莆田市仙游县游洋镇南部，距镇政府驻地约4公里，村委会设在双告店，聚落分布在桐坑尖与双髻尖之间的山谷中。[1][2] 村境面积约1038.62公顷，据游洋镇人民政府2025年的公示，这是双峰村行政管辖范围的面积。[3]

历史沿革[edit]

解放前，村境内一座山峰形似女子梳双髻，故称双髻；后因境内有两座山峰并立，改称双峰。[1]

1956年至1958年，双峰村与石里、龙溪、河星三村合并，称星峰初级社；1959年至1966年称双峰大队，1967年至1979年称双峰管委会，1980年至1983年又称双峰大队，1984年设立村委会，名称为「游洋双峰村委会」，此后改称「游洋镇双峰村委会」。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村境东邻石里村与龙溪村，西靠英山，北面与游洋村相接，南面与钟山镇的汾水寨相邻，西侧毗邻石苍乡。[1][3]

村内耕地1245亩，以水稻为主；山地17262亩，以竹林为主。[1]

人口[edit]

村民以外出经商务工为主。村内有台湾农民创业园开发的山益农场，种有台湾甜柿1600多亩。[1]
