梅洋村是钟山镇下辖的行政村，村内有一处石刻类文物点。[1]

村名的来历是境内有梅洋宫，故以之命名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

中华人民共和国成立前，此地属鲤湖乡；1950年属六区，1951年属九区。1956年先后划入麦斜、梅峰两个高级社。[1]

1958年10月起，此地归钟山人民公社，并在此设立梅洋大队。村民委员会则在1984年10月设立。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

梅洋黄玉宇墓道碑位于村内大埔石碑后，碑刻为石窟寺及石刻类，属仙游县一般不可移动文物点。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2022年12月，梅洋村被认定为「2022年度福建省一村一品专业村」，主导产业为草编工艺。[1]

福建省第二批乡村振兴示范村镇的创建名单里，2024年2月列入了梅洋村。[1]
