三会村位于大济镇东南部，北靠木兰溪，村域东西较长、南北较窄。村名相传源于古时三龙在此相会。[1]
地理环境[edit]
村域北靠木兰溪，地形东西伸展，南北较窄。耕地与林地兼有，经济林占一定比重。[1]
人口民族[edit]
2010年的统计：1478户，5652人；男性2914人，女性2738人。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
宋至清代属善化里；民国时期隶善化镇会庄保。1949年后改为会庄乡，划入第六区（大济区）；1950年转属四区，1956年6月改名三会乡，归城关区。[1]
1958年9月转为三会大队，隶大济人民公社；1984年底设三会村村委会，属大济乡。[1]
文化[edit]
三会玉湖宫位于郑庄自然村，为仙游县一般不可移动文物点，保护范围四周均有界线。[1]
经济[edit]
2022年12月，村庄获省级爱卫组织命名，称号为「2022年福建省卫生村」。[2]
