山岑村位于大济镇东部，北邻蒲山村，南面隔溪与西南村相望。全村下辖6个自然村，设12个村民小组。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村域狭长，北高南低，村落分布较散。仙度公路贯穿村域，一条发源于大蜚山麓的小溪最终汇入木兰溪。[1][2]

人口民族[edit]

2010年底的统计为749户，人口2818人，男性1419人，女性1399人。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清代属归德乡善化里；民国时期为善化里的金山保。1950年代初称援朝乡，1957年改称黎山乡，1958年设黎山大队，归大济人民公社。[2]

1961年体制下放后，黎山大队分出，改称山岑大队。村名的“山”字取自金山保，另有取“小而高的山”之意。1984年底，大队改为山岑村。[2]

文化[edit]

村内有灵洋宫、飞凤官、鳌凤宫等庙宇。祠堂厝自然村的山岑林氏民居列为仙游县一般不可移动文物点。[1][2]

武林岩书院建于金井山上，1984年自仙游糖厂迁入，此后陆续扩建，现存建筑三座，占地1000余平方米。[2]

经济[edit]

2023年11月，村庄获认定为「2023年度莆田市中级版绿盈乡村」。2022年12月，村庄经省级爱卫组织认定，称号为「2022年福建省卫生村」。[1]
