垅溪村在大济镇东南部，木兰溪与仙永公路自南侧穿越村域。村下辖9个自然村，编设18个村民小组。村名是1961年建大队时，从两个厝名各取一字拼成的。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村域北高南低，以耕地和林果地为主。[1]

人口民族[edit]

2010年统计，全村1378户，合计4633人；男女人数分别为2399与2234。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清代及更早，这里被称为济园、塔兜、井头，属善化里；民国时期属善化镇。[2]

中华人民共和国成立后，村域先后隶属大济区、城关区，1956年组成七一社，1958年改称七一大队；1961年析出，独立为垅溪大队；1984年底设村民委员会，归大济乡管辖。[2]

文化[edit]

村内的垅溪陈氏祠堂位于下房自然村，建于清代，1992年修葺，为单进合院，土木结构，悬山顶。[1]

村中另有张氏、陈氏、林氏三座宗祠，以及琴坂宫与超园书院。[2]

经济[edit]

2020年至2022年间，村庄三度入选淘宝村名单，最近一次公布于2022年10月。[1]
