六户村位于园庄镇政府驻地南面约六公里处，村委会设在下尾自然村，是镇下辖的行政村。[1]

村名的来历：过去岭北宫分为四十六户人家，其中六户后来发展成为一个村，故称六户。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明代村地属泉州府惠安县十七都。中华人民共和国成立后，这里先为岭北乡的六户大队，后归惠安县涂岭乡的六户生产队，1955年3月仍属惠安县。1955年3月至1957年归枫亭区，1958年划出，归仙游县园庄公社。1984年，六户村委会设立，隶属园庄乡。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

六户八卦楼位于溪西自然村。博雅地名网将其列为一般不可移动文物点，百度百科则称其为县级文物，此处从博雅地名网的说法。[1][2]
