历史沿革[edit]
中华人民共和国成立前，村地属慈孝乡；建国后先归晋江专区，1950年划入第三区，1951年改属十二区，1956年归枫亭区。1958年村地受园庄人民公社云峰村管辖，1961年云峰乡一分为二，分设云峰与宫兜两个生产大队。1970年改属莆田地区，1985年4月村民委员会设立，隶属园庄乡。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
宫兜郑氏新厝是清代建筑，2007年曾进行局部修缮，为一般不可移动文物点。[1][3]
产业[edit]
村域以农业为基础，发展现代农业、休闲农业与林果种植，村内有线面生产基地；「郑氏索面制作技艺」入选仙游县非物质文化遗产。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2021年3月，宫兜村获评「莆田市第十五届市级文明村镇（社区）」；2023年11月，村获得「2023年度莆田市中级版绿盈乡村」称号；2024年1月，村获评「2023年福建省卫生村」。[3]
