人口民族[edit]
村中居民以傅、陈、杨三姓为主，其中傅姓占人口半数以上。据百度百科，该村为重点侨村，华侨曾捐建自来水、村道等设施。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
旧时此地归城南乡。新中国成立后，村子先入一区，又转二区，再划山尾区，1956年归城关区；1958年改隶赖店公社。1962年成为赖店大队，1984年设赖店村委会，隶赖店乡；乡改镇后，村随之属赖店镇。[1]

村中经济以个体商业为主。[2]
文化[edit]
赖店村于2021年11月被评为「2021年福建省卫生村」，评定单位为福建省爱卫办；2022年10月，它被认定为「2022年度莆田市中级版绿盈乡村」；2021年2月，入选「福建省2018—2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
赖店杨氏民居在霞阳，赖店傅氏民居在村部西侧，二者都是仙游县一般不可移动文物点。傅氏民居始建于清末的1885年，是赖店傅氏家族开基始祖傅兴仁所建。[1]
