云水村位于度尾镇西南部，中岳通往云水的水泥路贯穿全村。村子东与中岳村相接，西与屏山村交界，北以一条溪流与剑山村相隔。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明代起此地属文贤里。1945年曾隶属中岳镇，1945年末至1949年又隶属岭西镇的朝天保和剑山保。此后三年间村子归度尾公社管理，1962年称云水大队，1984年改设云水村委会，1985年3月划归度尾镇。[2]
