阮庄村位于郊尾镇西南角，离福厦路和三郊线都只有1.5公里。村名的来历：宋代阮氏在此聚居。村子面积约3.6平方千米，辖4个自然村。[1]

2020年11月，村子被认定为「2020年度莆田市中级版绿盈乡村」；2021年2月，列入「福建省2018-2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单。2024年1月，村子获评「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

民国十七年，阮庄并入后溪保。新中国成立前，它隶属香田乡；1950年转入第三区，1952年改称新民村，后于1955年归枫亭区管辖。1956年，阮庄划归庆和乡；1958年9月，才另设新民大队。[1]

1962年，此地改称阮庄大队。1984年10月设立阮庄村村民委员会，同年11月隶属郊尾乡；1985年3月乡改为镇，归郊尾镇。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

至灵宫位于路顶自然村，属古建筑，为仙游县一般不可移动文物点。据博雅地名网，该宫一说为唐末余氏所建，南宋成淳元年（1265年）经阮氏续建，建筑面积约180平方米，为二进格局；清道光二十八年（1848年）又曾修建。[1][2]

阮庄阮庄番旧居、阮庄阮元千旧居均在寨新自然村，阮庄金刚桥在下路埔自然村海门溪上游，三处皆为古建筑，都是仙游县一般不可移动文物点。[1]
