后坑村位于榜头镇西北部，与书峰乡交界，村委会设在东坑自然村。全村由后坑、东坑、石圳三个自然村组成。[1][2]

2021年，村被福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时期，此地归梧店保管辖，属榜头镇。新中国成立后划为榜头五区的梧店村。1958年成为梧店大队，1962年从中分出后坑生产大队，1984年才改设后坑村民委员会。[1]

文物[edit]

后坑陈峤墓在石圳，是仙游县第四批县级文物保护单位，属古墓葬。[1]
