辉煌村隶属福建省莆田市仙游县枫亭镇，位于枫慈溪与沧溪的入海交汇地带，距镇区约1.5公里，海岸线长约4.5公里。[1]

村名取自村庄背靠塔斗山、宝塔面向东海，日出时光照灿烂，故名辉煌。[3]

历史沿革[edit]

宋至明代，此地叫徒门，归连江里的枫亭市管。清代改称后肖。民国时期又名斗东保，辖21甲，隶枫亭镇。[2]

中华人民共和国成立后，这里称斗东乡。1958年9月改为辉煌大队；1984年11月，此地设村委会，名为辉煌村，归枫亭镇。[2]

地理环境[edit]

村子北面背靠塔斗山，东南面临湄洲湾徒门港，西面有福厦铁路、仙巷大道与滨海大道穿过。[1]

文化[edit]

自1994年起，村里先后被评为省、市、县级文明村，并获得村民自治模范村等荣誉。[1]

据博雅地名网，境内有会元寺与天中万寿塔，前者始建于唐代，后者为五代建筑，属全国重点文物保护单位。[1][4]
