富洋村位于鲤城街道办事处驻地以南约10公里。南面是大蜚山森林公园，北边挨着书峰乡，东侧与榜头镇接壤。[1]
地名由来：山峰与山脉自然连成“富”字的宝盖头，平川田园构成“口”“田”二字，故取“富”字，并以内外洋的“洋”字相配。[1]
地理环境[edit]
全村辖11个自然村，村委会设在西塘自然村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
建国初改称金山村；1955至1956年间恢复原名富洋，归社硎八区管辖；1957至1958年，更名为建峰大队。[1]
1958年人民公社建立后，归城关公社，并恢复富洋大队的名称；1984年设富洋村村委会，划入鲤城街道。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
富洋陈可久墓位于荣口自然村大树头山上，为「仙游县第二批县级文物保护单位」。[2]
文化[edit]
2020年11月，富洋村被认定为2020年度莆田市中级版「绿盈乡村」；2020年12月，入选「2020年福建省森林村庄」名单。[1]
