来洋社区位于鲤城街道办事处驻地以西约3公里，坐落在大蜚山脚下。[1]

相传有张氏族人见此地平坦开阔，遂在此开垦田地，故称来洋。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

起初归大济六区蒲山乡管。1984年设来洋村委会，隶属城东乡；1986年改归仙游县城东镇人民政府，此后并入鲤城街道办事处管辖。[1]

据百度百科，2016年6月由“城中村”改制为社区，村转为居委会。[1][2]

社区由林庄、来洋、垅边三个自然村组成。[1][2]
