东店村是山亭镇下辖的行政村，始建于明代初期，先民自河南迁入。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1959年前，此地归山亭公社的旧厝生产大队。之后与笏石镇的田厝村并为一体，名称定为东店大队；1989年起称东店村民委员会，所属为莆田县忠门镇。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年3月，东店村被确定为「莆田市第十五届市级文明村镇（社区）」。[1]
