历史沿革[edit]

1958年归忠门公社管辖，1961年属湄洲公社，1984年称湄洲乡北埭村，1992年改属湄洲镇，2002年起属秀屿区湄洲镇。[1]

文化[edit]

2023年11月，被认定为「2023年度莆田市中级版绿盈乡村」。[1]2024年1月，被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]
