名称由来[edit]
当年村委会取该村最大的两个自然村——万安楼与后峰——的名字各一字为村名。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
此地在宋元隶感德乡南匿里，明清隶四区南匿里。民国初归省府直接管辖，民国23年（1934年）属福清县九区，民国24年至25年为南日特种区，民国29年划归莆田县南日镇，民国32年（1943年）改属南日镇万峰村。[2]
新中国成立后，1949年属十三区万峰乡，1954年至1955年改隶二十四区（南日）万峰乡，同年归南日区。1957年为南日镇万峰高级社，1958年为南日公社万峰大队，1984年改设南日镇村委会。[2]
村况[edit]
村委会辖13个自然村，下设15个村民小组。博雅地名网记为1126户、5351人，未注年份。聚落呈长方形。[2]
耕地2628.1亩，甘薯与花生为主，兼种大小麦；林地850亩，以木麻黄、相思树为多。土特产有石斑鱼与紫菜。村中有小学与医疗所，有电灯，岛上公路绕村而行，通客车与交通船。[2]
荣誉[edit]
2021年3月，村庄被确定为「莆田市第十五届市级文明村镇（社区）」。[1]
2022年10月，村庄获「2022年度莆田市中级版“绿盈乡村”」认定；同月，福建省农业农村厅将其认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]
2022年12月，村庄获「2022年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
