汀岐村是埭头镇下辖的行政村，坐落在兴化湾的西南侧，东侧紧靠大蚶山，西侧则是后海的303垦区，离镇中心2公里。全村辖19个自然村，设26个村民小组。[2][3]

地名由来[edit]

村委会由三个小大队合并组成，合并后取“汀岐”作为村委会的名称，村名由此而来。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年为12区汀岐保所辖，1950年设汀岐乡，1952年仍属该乡，1955年则划入22区汀岐乡。2002年划归秀屿区。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

境内有双溪萦绕。村中仙际寺依山傍水，周边岩石嶙峋，以怪石著称。[1]

经济[edit]

村内建有机砖厂、合金厂、珠宝公司等企业。[1][2]
