历史沿革[edit]
1984年改设东峤乡山香村委会。1992年起归莆田县东峤镇，2002年起归秀屿区东峤镇。[1]
文化[edit]
2021年11月，山香村被福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」；2022年10月，被认定为「2022年度莆田市中级版绿盈乡村」。[1]
