梁厝村因梁氏族人聚居于此而得名。村内的蒲弄宫是一座清代遗构。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
蒲弄宫位于本村，创建年代不详，现存建筑为清代所建，为单进廊院式，由前殿、天井与正殿组成。[1]
文化[edit]
2022年12月，梁厝村被福建省爱国卫生运动委员会命名为「2022年福建省卫生村」。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1958年归笏石公社梁厝大队，1961年改隶前沁公社，下设梁厝大队。1971年改隶东峤公社东知大队；1984年12月设梁厝村委会，隶莆田县东峤乡。1992年归莆田县东峤镇，2002年随区划调整划入秀屿区东峤镇。[1]
