樟桥村是新度镇下辖的行政村，位于城秀公路东侧、兴化南洋平原低洼地带，距镇中心约2千米。[1][4]

地名[edit]

村境内原有一座樟木桥，村民沿桥边建屋，村名由此而来。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

1961年6月自洋埕分出，组建樟桥大队；1968年改属渠桥公社。1984年设为渠桥乡下的樟桥村。此后归新度镇，2002年起属荔城区。[1][3]

经济[edit]

村中以蔬菜、豌豆、丝瓜等作物和畜禽养殖为生计，另有一家民营饲料企业。[1]

2020年9月、2021年10月和2022年10月，樟桥村三次入选「淘宝村」名单。[1]
