阳城村是新度镇下辖的行政村，村中有阳城林公祠，为明代所建的祠堂。[1][4]

地名[edit]

此地旧称洋埕、洋城，后写作阳城。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

早年属感德乡，明清时归五区国清里，民国时为黄石镇与熙宁乡的洋埕保。新中国成立后经洋埕乡、清洋乡洋埕高级社等变迁。1966年由渠桥公社设洋埕大队，1985年改为渠桥乡下的阳城村。其后乡改为镇，村随之归新度镇，2002年起属荔城区。[1][3]

名胜古迹[edit]

阳城林公祠位于曲尺自然村，其始建时间可追溯到嘉靖年间（1522年至1566年），后经清代修缮、近代整修。祠为单进廊院式，正厅面阔五间，保存有明代「按察使林公祠」门匾。[4]

文化[edit]

2020年9月、2021年10月和2022年10月，阳城村三次入选「淘宝村」名单。[1]
