宝胜村是新度镇下辖的行政村，位于壶公山北麓，距镇中心约7千米，辖5个自然村。村中有郑露墓，为莆田市市级文物保护单位。[1][5]

地名[edit]

据博雅地名网所载传说，宋代以前，一只动物为保护乡民与恶龙相斗，受伤后被农夫救起并送往京都，皇帝赐封「宝贝」，村名由此而来。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

唐咸通中期村中已有宝胜院。此地早年属永嘉乡与维新里，民国时划入沈塘乡的宝胜保。新中国成立后归清渠乡与渠桥乡清渠高级社，1960年设宝胜大队，1984年改为宝胜村，隶属渠桥乡。1992年改属新度镇，2003年归荔城区。[1][3]

名胜古迹[edit]

中共莆田县委干部会议会址在院后自然村，是1947年前后莆田党组织活动的旧址。[4]

郑露墓在村内。郑露为南朝陈时人，隋时去世，唐代追封为太府卿，墓前立有碑刻「唐太府卿南湖郑先生墓」。[5]

文化[edit]

宝胜村2019年12月入选第一批「国家森林乡村」，2020年11月获莆田市中级版「绿盈乡村」（2020年度）认定，2020年12月获「2019年度福建省一村一品示范村」称号（枇杷类），2023年2月又入选福建省第三批高级版「绿盈乡村」名单。[1]
