瑞云村位于福建省莆田市涵江区北部，处在瑞云山国家森林公园的南侧山麓。村东与车口村相邻，北面与永泰县接壤，西面与院埔村交界。[1]

村名来自瑞云山，村民聚居于瑞云山周边。百度百科记瑞云山森林公园位于本村一带，为「国家4A级」旅游景区。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

中华人民共和国成立前，村地属兴化县广业里。成立后隶属13区瑞云乡，1956年设瑞云高级社，1958年编入新县人民公社，设瑞云生产大队；1961年改属新县公社瑞云大队，1965年转属大洋公社，1984年12月定名为莆田县大洋乡瑞云村。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

瑞云山国家森林公园内山石奇特，火山岩构成的峰丛间有玉女梳妆、双乳峰等景物，园中还生长着桫椤、红豆杉等珍稀植物。[1]

百度百科记该公园森林覆盖率为91.3%。[2]

文化[edit]

2021年11月，瑞云村获福建省爱卫办命名为2021年福建省卫生村。2023年2月，瑞云村入选福建省第三批高级版绿盈乡村名单。2023年9月，瑞云村被认定为2023年莆田市「一村一品」专业村，主导产业为水稻。同年12月，瑞云村又被认定为2023年度福建省「一村一品」专业村（水稻）。[1]
