南岭村位于福建省莆田市涵江区大洋乡东北部边陲，东与福清市接壤，西南与琼峰村相邻，北面与永泰县的山岭相连。[1][2]

村名取自地处福清、永泰与涵江三地交界处的南部山岭。村境内的老鹰尖为省级自然保护区。[1][2]

因地处福清、永泰与涵江三地交界处的南部山岭而得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

中华人民共和国成立前，村地归坝头保管辖。新中国成立后属13区琼峰乡，1956年并入琼峰高级社；1961年改设大洋公社南岭大队，1984年12月改称大洋乡南岭村。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村境山林茂密，林中多珍稀植物，老鹰尖是省级自然保护区。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

村中现留清代古民居十多座，“三雕”装饰与祠堂、古井、旧巷并存。南岭宫建筑工艺精巧，村中还有南岭石拱桥与南岭石板路。[2]

文化[edit]

2024年1月，南岭村获评2023年福建省卫生村。[1]
