崇兴村位于福建省莆田市涵江区大洋乡，地处福清、莆田、永泰三县市交界处，东面与乡政府驻地相连。[1]

村中有闽中支队司令部驻地旧址，以及为莆田市第九批市级文物保护单位的大洋兜率寺。[3][4]

地名由来[edit]

村名取自境内一座名为“崇兴社”的建筑。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

旧时属兴化府广业里长乐乡。1957年成立崇兴高级社，1958年编入新县人民公社，设崇兴生产大队；1965年归大洋公社管辖，1984年12月起称莆田县大洋乡崇兴村。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

闽中支队司令部驻地旧址位于灯炉寨自然村，为两层土木结构楼房，共有房间十间，另有两间已倒塌。2011年12月，中共莆田市委党史研究室为该旧址立碑保护。[3]

大洋兜率寺始建于宋代，清咸丰年间重建，近代又经修缮。寺内留存有不同时期的柱础、石柱、香炉等石构件，前檐石柱上刻有咸丰年间的纪年。[4]

文化[edit]

2021年6月，崇兴村被认定为2021年度莆田市中级版「绿盈乡村」。2021年12月，崇兴村获评2021年度福建省森林村庄。2022年10月，崇兴村获福建省农业农村厅认定，成为第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇中的一个。2022年12月，崇兴村获评2022年福建省卫生村。[1][2]
