广宫村隶属福建省莆田市涵江区新县镇，位于镇南部。东面与张洋村毗邻，西边与庄边镇为界，南侧挨着巩溪村，北面与墘顶村相接。全村辖5个自然村，设16个村民小组。[1][2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

村中黄氏自称是古江夏黄氏之后，北宋时黄中庸曾任太常博士，其后子孙多有科第功名。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

步云洞始建于宋代，奉祀李白，清代重修，洞内有御史江春霖手书的楹联。[2]

宋洋自然村的后坑岭上立有一座抗战阵亡将士纪念碑（即本镇条目所述的殉难同胞纪念碑），属莆田市第九批市级文物保护单位。[2][3]
