新县村是福建省莆田市涵江区新县镇下辖的行政村，位于涵江区北部山区，东与泗洋村接壤，南接上茅村，西与张洋村相邻，北与文笔村毗邻。全村辖6个自然村，村名来自古兴化县迁治此地的历史。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村地原称湘溪。元皇庆元年（1312年），兴化县治迁至此地，湘溪因而成为兴化县的新县城，村名随之改称新县。明正统十三年（1448年）兴化县被裁撤，此地改属莆田县。[1][2]

村庄获得的荣誉有：2021年3月，被确定为「莆田市第十五届市级文明村镇（社区）」；2024年1月，被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」；2025年6月，被认定为「2025年莆田市“一村一品”专业村」，主导产业为枇杷。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

村内的枫岑亭渡槽高十余米，长五十米，为近代修建。渡槽下的阜氏亭经明永乐二年知县吴旭重修，至今保存完整。村中还保存有兴化新县县衙遗址。[2]
