岫山村隶属涵江区庄边镇，位于吉云村之上，古时称吉岫，1952年改称岫山。[1]

2021年11月，村子被福建省爱卫办命名为福建省卫生村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村子始建于明代。新中国成立后，村地先属13区满长乡，1952年归白沙区凤岫乡，同年改名岫山。1958年属白沙公社，1962年属吉凤公社，1964年为庄边公社岫山大队。1984年改为庄边乡岫山村，1992年归庄边镇，2002年起属涵江区。[2]
