洪里村隶属福建省莆田市涵江区萩芦镇，位于镇域东北部。[1]

村子处在洪溪的一段，旧时曾作大队驻地，村名因此称为洪里。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清代以前，村地是莆田县的一部分。1958年，村子并入莆田县涵江人民公社，成为其中的洪里生产大队；1965年改隶萩芦公社。1968年这里一度成了萩芦人民公社委员会下的一个革命小组。1984年设立莆田县萩芦乡下的洪里村委会，1993年起由萩芦镇管辖，2002年起归涵江区。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2024年1月，洪里村获得「2023年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
