历史沿革[edit]
新中国成立后，村地在1949年为潭井乡，此后数年间隶属11区与深固大队；1966年转为萩芦公社的潭井大队。1984年设萩芦乡潭井村委会，1993年起属萩芦镇，2002年起属涵江区。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2022年10月，潭井村被认定为「2022年度莆田市中级版绿盈乡村」；2024年1月，它获得「2023年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
