地名由来[edit]
旧时村中耕地面积居附近村落之首，但常缺灌溉用水，只能借用邻村漏出的水，因此得名“漏头”。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
新中国成立后，此地为第四区漏水乡的一部分。1954年改属漏黄乡，1956年后称后山乡。1963年，它成为涵江公社的漏头生产大队；次年改属梧塘公社。1984年12月设梧塘乡漏头村委会，次年起改由梧塘镇管辖。2002年以后，属涵江区梧塘镇。[1]
经济[edit]
改革开放后，村民由农业逐步转向工业生产，本村所在的工业园区内有19户工厂，其中以鞋材与塑料制品企业为主，园区吸纳了大量外来务工人员。[2]
荣誉[edit]
2021年3月，漏头村被确定为「莆田市第十五届市级文明村镇（社区）」；2022年10月，经福建省农业农村厅认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」；2022年12月，被命名为「2022年福建省卫生村」。[1][2]
