历史沿革[edit]
1984年，后东坡村自东坡村中分出，归莆田县梧塘乡管辖；1985年起属莆田县梧塘镇，2002年起划入莆田市涵江区梧塘镇。[1][2][3]
名胜古迹[edit]
后东坡自然村的东坡天后宫，初建于万历四十六年（1618年），到乾隆五十年（1785年）经过重修，近年又有修缮。建筑坐北朝南，单进合院式。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2021年3月，后东坡村被确定为「莆田市第十五届市级文明村镇（社区）」；2024年1月，村庄被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]
