黄厝村位于福建省莆田市涵江区国欢镇，因黄姓村民在此居住而得名。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网所载，黄氏先祖黄怀玉于明代洪武年间迁居，经数次迁徙后落户塘头一带。明清时期此地属三区永丰里，宋元时期归唐安乡永丰里。中华人民共和国成立前期此地属黄塘保，之后为黄塘乡。宋元时期归唐安乡永丰里，明清改属三区永丰里。1958年起隶涵江公社塘头大队，1961年设黄厝大队，1965年又归涵江公社，1984年改设黄厝村委会，1993年起属国欢镇。[1]
2024年1月，黄厝村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]
