松峰村在城厢区西北方向，紧靠东圳水库东岸，城石线县道从村域穿过，离城区最近处约三公里。[1]

村中多植松树，四周又有山峰环抱，村名由此而来。[1]村民多以枇杷种植为生。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时期，此地归常太乡公所管理；新中国成立后先由莆田县第八区公所代管，1950年划入第八区松留乡。1952年改隶第十四区松峰乡，1958年并入城厢人民公社，设为松峰生产大队。1984年12月组建松峰村委会，2002年以后隶属莆田市城厢区常太镇。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，村子获「2021年福建省卫生村」称号；2021年4月，又被评为「2020年度福建省乡村振兴实绩突出村」。[1]

2025年5月，松峰村入选「福建省美丽乡村示范村」创建名单。[1]

2025年6月，松峰村被认定为「2025年莆田市一村一品专业村」，主导产业为枇杷；同年11月，又被确定为「福建省2025年度省级一村一品专业村」。[1]
