龙德井社区位于莆田市主城区，社区名称来自境内的宋代古井「龙德井」。社区1990年起归凤凰山街道管理。[1]

地名由来[edit]

社区内有一口宋朝时期的古井，被列为莆田三大古井之一，名为「龙德井」，社区因此得名。[1]

建置沿革[edit]

清代此地隶属兴化府，民国时划入城郊乡所辖范围。1990年1月，此地划归凤凰山街道管理，同年起设为龙德井居民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2024年1月，社区被命名为「2023年福建省卫生社区」。2021年3月，社区被确定为「莆田市第十五届市级文明村镇（社区）」。[1]
