月塘社区位于莆田市主城区，1994年6月设立居民委员会，社区在2022年12月获得省级卫生社区的命名。[1]

1994年6月，社区居民委员会设立，此后一直属凤凰山街道的月塘居民委员会管理。[1]

荣誉[edit]

福建省爱国卫生运动委员会于2022年12月确定社区为「2022年福建省卫生社区」，同时社区在2021年3月被确定为「莆田市第十五届市级文明村镇（社区）」。[1]
