云头村是福建省厦门市翔安区新圩镇下辖的行政村，村内以种植业、养殖业和小型企业为主。同光、曾柏洋、温溪与云头，共4个自然村构成本村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名的来历，据博雅地名网所载：曾溪流经此地，早年有僧人在此筑坝拦水，坝称僧坝；坝也称坛，村名由此而来。[1]

1997年划归同安县，2003年设翔安区后归新圩镇。[1]

文化[edit]

2015年10月，本村入选「福建省第一批省级传统村落」。2021年2月，云头村列入「福建省2018-2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单。福建省农业农村厅在2022年10月将云头村确定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]
