历史沿革[edit]
村名因位于大帽山脚下而得。明代蔡姓迁入，此前为乌姓居住，故名「乌山」。[1]
清代属同禾里宅吴保，民国时归公安乡帽山保管辖。1950年所在为第六区的帽山乡，1959年设为帽山大队，隶布塘公社，1961年划归新圩公社。[1]
乌山村委会设于1984年，隶属新圩乡。1997年划入同安县，2003年翔安区设立后，本村归新圩镇。[1]
经济[edit]
产业以茶叶、豆干、蔬果与畜牧养殖为主，村民以生态经济为导向发展现代农业。[1]
乌山青葱自1968年引进青葱品种后开始种植。据博雅地名网，厦门市青葱种植以乌山村为主要基地。[1]
文化[edit]
农业部于2011年8月确认乌山村为「第一批全国一村一品示范村镇」（青葱）。2020年12月，乌山村入选「2019年度福建省一村一品示范村」名单，同为青葱。2021年11月，福建省爱卫办给予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
钟山新石器时代遗址在本村钟山。该山高出周围约50米（相对高度），东西约400米，南北约200米。[2]
1973年3月，一名农民在山仔埔的墓葬地带垦荒，拾得一件石器。该器呈舌状，灰白色页岩磨制而成，通长13.3厘米。1981年8月，该器移交同安县文物管理委员会办公室。[2]
1987年，福建省文物考古队又在钟山东西两坡采集到残石器、残陶圈足、印纹陶片等36件，可供研究新石器时代人类的生活状况。[2]
